Our Staff
Mike Costanzo joined Napa Bike in 2010 as Executive Director.
As the result of his training, career, and community service experience, Mike has expertise in bicycle advocacy, organizational development, and business management. A life-long recreation cyclist, Mike is active in cycling advocacy: as a member of the Bicycle Advisory Committee for the County of Napa, and as Chairman of the BAC for the City of Calistoga. As a bike shop owner, he attended advocacy workshops at industry conferences and received training on resolving obstacles to cycling at the local level.
Mike's goal is to help accelerate development of a safe cycling environment in Napa County utilizing his background as an operations management and performance improvement professional. As Executive Director, Mike draws from his experience as a bicycle retailer, as president of a software start-up, as operations VP of an international consulting firm, and as project manager of a web development company.
