The NCBC Membership Drive 2026 Giveaway
No purchase necessary to enter to win. To enter without purchase, mail a handwritten postcard to Napa County Bicycle Coalition at: PO Box 5157, Napa, CA 94581. Make sure to include (1) full name; (2) mailing address, including street address, city, state/district, and zip code (P.O. boxes not accepted); (3) telephone number; (4) email address; (5) date of birth. All write-in entries must be postmarked by August 13, 2026 and received by August 15th. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per person.
NCBC Membership Drive 2026 Giveaway Rules & Regulations:
The “NCBC Membership Drive 2026” giveaway is open to contestants in the United States. The “NCBC Membership Drive 2026” drawing is being conducted by the Napa County Bicycle Coalition, a 501(c)3 corporation under the laws of the State of California. Becoming a member at any level qualifies as entry into the giveaway. Napa County Bicycle Coalition staff, board members, and their spouses are not eligible to participate. Memberships may be purchased on the Internet by credit card at Become a Member or by mailing a check to: Napa County Bicycle Coalition, P.O. Box 5157, Napa, CA, 94581. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries. All entries must be received with full payment by no later than August 15, 2026, at 5 pm.
Drawing will be held on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 9 am. The winner will be determined by random selection. Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be notified by phone and email within 7 days of the drawing. The prize winner is solely responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes, title, transfer fees, license duties, insurance, and all expenses incurred in claiming prize.
The prize winner understands, acknowledges, and agrees to hereby release and discharge Napa County Bicycle Coalition, and any additional sponsors, their employees, agents, officers, directors, and legal representatives and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising from or caused by the award of such prize, including, but not limited to, the payment of any and all taxes that are due. Prize winner agrees to allow Napa County Bicycle Coalition and campaign sponsors to use their name and likeness in post-campaign promotions without additional compensation. Prize must be claimed within 7 days of drawing. Any unclaimed prize after that date will constitute forfeiture and a new winner will be chosen subject to the same condition and timelines. Napa County Bicycle Coalition and its agents assume no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or illegible entries. The decision and rules of the Napa County Bicycle Coalition are final on all matters concerning the drawing. Void where prohibited by law.
