NCBC joins the nation in celebrating May as Bike Month. It is a wonderful opportunity to experience the simple joy of getting outside and riding a bike with our local Napa County residents. Scroll through this page to see all of the events and resources we have lined up for Bike Month.
Each year, we organize and partner on a series of events and programs to encourage all riders, new and experienced, to hop on their bikes a little (or a lot!) more during the month of May. Here are some things you can do to prepare to celebrate Bike Month in May:
- Pledge To Ride – When you pledge to ride your bike for transportation on Bike to Work and School Day on May 15th or anytime during Bike Month, you are automatically entered into our weekly drawing to win great prizes provided by our awesome sponsors. Pledge to ride here!
- Bike Champion of the Year – Every year, we recognize one or two Bike Champions of the Year who inspire others to ride through their dedication to bikes as a form of transportation. 2025 nominations are OPEN until March 31 – learn more about what a Bike Champion is and nominate the bike champion in your life here!
