The Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) will be conducting Open House events to solicit and receive input from the community on the Draft 2019 Countywide Bicycle Plan (Plan) facility recommendations for Cities, Town and Unincorporated Areas in Napa County.

The Draft Plan is an update of the 2012 Countywide Bicycle Plan and provides the framework for a more connected network of bicycle facilities that will improve bicycle safety and access throughout the county. To learn more about the 2019 Draft Countywide Bicycle Plan, please join us!
