Join the Napa County Bicycle Coalition for a fun morning of riding bikes!

Led by nationally certified bicycle instructors, our free Family Biking Workshops provide kids and their parents with the skills and confidence necessary to ride safely around town and on local streets.

Prior to jumping on the bikes, we’ll go over our A-B-C quick-check to make sure our bikes are ready to ride, fit our helmets, then transition to on-bike skill building activities designed to encourage confidence and safety. We’ll wrap things up with a series of bike-themed games and a group ride along local streets to practice our skills in a real-world setting.

This event takes place at the Heritage Park parking lot (1150 Pearl Street). Additional details will be sent via email in advance of the workshop. Registration is required, space is limited. All kids MUST bring their own bicycle and helmet. Any parents or guardians riding with the group MUST have a helmet. Workshop is best suited for children ages 5-12.
