#BikeNapa Photo Contest Terms and Conditions

The “#BikeNapa” Photo Contest (contest) is being conducted by the Napa County Bicycle Coalition, Inc., (NCBC), a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

The contest is open to individuals world-wide. There is no limit to the number of entries that any individual may submit, pursuant to the rules below.

For each entry, participants must do the following:

• Follow or Like NCBC on Instagram
• Post a photograph of their own creation to Instagram, including the hashtag #BikeNapa
• Tag at least one other friend in the post
• Explain in the post how or why you #BikeNapa

Prizes consist of the following:

• One (1) Grant Prize: Saris SuperClamp EX 2-Bike Hitch Rack – $499 value
• One (1) Runner Up: Ortlieb Commuter-Bag Urban Pannier – $140 value
• One (1) 3^rd Place Prize: Ortlieb Saddle-Bag – $32 value
• One (1) 4^th Place Prize: San Francisco Bay Trail Map Deck – $20 value

Winners will be selected by NCBC, and announced on Instagram no later than 5:00pm on Wednesday, May 6^th.  Winners will also be notified by NCBC on the platform used for their submission.

Eligible entries must be submitted between 12:01am on Wednesday, April 15^th, 2020, and 11:59pm on Friday, May 1^st, 2020.

NCBC Employees, Board members, and their spouses or immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this contest.  Must be 13 years or older to win.  Questions can be directed to the Napa County Bicycle Coalition at info@napabike.org. Promotion of contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media used throughout the contest.
